You should clearly follow instructions for the assignment – these are in three parts: a description, an evaluation and an application. Your submission should be structured in three sections:
Section 1: Leader Profile (500 words maximum)
This section should provide a clear, short description of the leader you have chosen. This description should focus on elements from the leader’s profile which will have played a role in relation to sustainability.
Section 2: Leadership evaluation and analysis of the selected leader (1,200 words maximum)
This section should consist of two parts:
i. A brief presentation of the chosen leader’s leadership in relation to sustainability (you should
choose a few examples that demonstrate their leadership) and a brief presentation of the impact of these choices.
ii. An evaluation and analysis of this person’s leadership with reference to theories, approaches, models, and concepts covered in the module.
Section 3: Leadership Application – How would you lead in the same situation (800 words maximum)
This section should discuss how you would provide different leadership in the same situations as the leader you chose. In this section, you should focus on 1-2 situations where your selected leader provided leadership and discuss how you would provide different leadership in the same situation(s). Your application should explain how and why you would provide different leadership and what different impact you would expect from your leadership, with reference to theories, approaches, models, concepts covered in the module.
